This area has experienced tremendous growth over the past two decades and the growth is expected to continue. Recent commercial development includes a Reasors grocery store with supporting retailers and restaurants, Walgreens, McDonalds, Eggberts and a QuikTrip. Residential growth has exploded in this area because of the affordable housing opportunities and the convenient access to the highway system. A joint educational facility between Tulsa Community College and Tulsa Technology Center is being built just south of the property. This site would be ideal for commercial development as shown by the opportunity gap highlights. A full service restaurant would be a welcomed addition to this growing community.
