Enid is the retail, manufacturing, oil and financial center of northwest Oklahoma. Major employers include Advance Food Company, Central Machine & Tool Co., Johnston Enterprises, Vance Air Force Base, Startek and Gefco Inc.

The fully enclosed mall has 543,027 sf of leasable area with space available from 488 to 41,108 sf. With a traffic count of 46,000 cars per day and major retailers such as Pizza Hut, IHOP, McDonald’s, Blockbuster and Walgreens surrounding the area. The mall is the retail center of Enid.
